Well if you want hear more from the body of work of each of these artists and more from the contest, tune into Sounds of Europe tonight at 9pm where we'll be playing some album tracks of many of this years participants. Special Eurovision Preview Show - 5pm Saturday!Saturday night will see one of the most important music contests in Europe. Love it or hate it, you cant deny the huge scale of the Eurovision Song Contest, with over 100 million viewers. Sounds of Europe will be bringing you a special preview show of the contest to bring you up to date with all the drama of this weeks semi finals, playing songs to look out for in the contest tonight and some of our favourite songs that failed to qualify. We'll also be playing some songs that failed to qualify from national finals. Finally, we'll be bringing you lots of random Eurovision-related trivia. Anti-Schlager ShowSounds of Europe will be broadcasting live tonight from 9pm, playing a range of styles from a variety of countries. Tonight we'll be trying to showcase the 'other side of Swedish pop' with some great indie and acoustic tracks. We'll be making up for the pop with some great Eastern Euorpean tunes too, and a little Russain rap. All coming up on tonights show, don't miss it!

Sounds of Europe returns for another year of music from across the oceans. We regularly play music from Germany, Sweden, Finland and Russia along with some regular recommendations from our contacts in Germany and Belgium. Its a mix of pop, dance, electro, rock, indie, and a little bit hip hop once in a while for good measure.
We have some regular features, mainly Covers, where we play European covers of well-known songs, Did you know its Foreign? featuring popular songs in the UK that are actually by European artists and also Oldie but a Goodie, where we play some classic europop anthems.
